This is the website for Kinesonora: the 11-day Training Program offered with the most comprehensive program in the world, covering Himalayan Singing Bowls, Kinesiology, and Nāda Yoga in a single system and protocol.
The Training is taught by the finest Himalayan Singing Bowl and Gong teachers from Nepal, with international experience, such as Santa R. Shakya and the Maharjan brothers. The program is directed by Óscar QdeCuenco, who also teaches Kinesiology Testing, among other subjects. The ancient knowledge of the East meets the therapeutic techniques of the West.
There will be 100 hours of class, and a syllabus, protocol, and bibliography will be provided with all the content learned. Each day, a dossier with detailed lessons and audiovisual support will be provided. The teachings are highly sensitive and include powerful energy movements. There will also be practical sessions based on what has been learned with blind people from the NGOs "Chain for Change" and "Seeing Hands Nepal . "
The Program's structure takes into account that the therapist must first undergo a personal process with sound. Once they understand themselves through sound, identify their blockages, and remain as centered as possible, they are ready to apply sound to others. Therefore, the Program includes a section for self-treatments and another for treatments for others. It also includes a Masterclass for applying sound in group meditations, Singing Bowl concerts, Sound Baths, or Yoga sessions, among many other topics.
The training is intensive, so you take home homework to work first on your Self and then apply all the Treatments and Sequences you've learned to other people.
During the 11 days in Kathmandu, you'll learn not only the use and handling of Tibetan or Himalayan singing bowls, bells and Dorje, Tingshas, and gongs, but also the correct use of Kinesiology Muscle Testing to learn how to use it with Healing Sound: the Kinesonora Ⓡ Protocol. You'll also learn the practice of "Nāda Yoga" or Yoga of Sound. And specific techniques that you can learn
exclusively from the best Masters in Nepal with decades of experience. This Healing Sound Course moves a lot of energy, so we offer protection and energy management tools such as Personal Planetary Mantras (a unique and secret formula for each person depending on their date of birth) or Protective Mudras, among others.

For those of us who teach this Training, it's a gift, both for the content we offer and for the time it takes to learn. Those who take this course are equipped with the tools to fully work with others using sound. This Training is not an introductory level or the first level of a longer course; rather, we condense all the knowledge possible into the Teachings of these 11 days. No prior experience with singing bowls is necessary (in fact, it's better if you start from scratch).
In previous editions, 60 participants from Germany, France, the United States, Macedonia, Cuba, Mexico, Russia, Chile, Venezuela, China, Canada, India, Austria, and Spain have participated. The maximum number of participants per group is 8 or 9. Registration closes when the group is full.
For six months after the course, monthly online tutorials will be held to monitor your progress, clarify doubts and questions, and monitor the progress of your Sound Practice.
A certificate of Training in the Kasha tradition is awarded at the end of the Course, endorsed by the prestigious Singing Bowl Centre of Nepal, which is internationally renowned.
The total price for this edition of the “International Course of Healing Sound” is the same as the first: just €1,100.
